Compass Health Network Wellness Center
This project consists of redesigning an existing grocery store facility to create a wellness center that offers multiple healthcare services for its community. The space is designed for departments including: behavioral health, substance use disorder rehab, psychosocial rehabilitation, dental clinic, primary & pediatric care, pharmacy, optometry, and a community event space. Our team has transformed this existing building and provided design that offers a patient-centered experience, upon entering the vast communal lobby / waiting room.
